We at Samyak Hair Accessories aim to create a seamless and as easy as possible experience for our customers with an uncomplicated return/exchange policy that allows for an easy return and exchange.

πŸ“¦ Return and Exchange Window

5 days after delivery from the date of receipt are the eligibleΒ for returns/exchanges and refunds will be processed within 15 days after you contact us to initiate the return.

To be eligible for a return/exchange the items must:

  1. not have been used or worn out
  2. all original tags and original packaging must be intact
  3. Β the invoice must be sent with the returned item along with the packaging/returning item.

πŸ” How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

To process your return/exchange, you will do the following:

1. Properly pack the product you are returning

2. Put product along with invoice into the shipping box (that you have secured) and put into shipment to:

3. Please send a WhatsApp message to +919667844434 and send us pictures of the product along with the original packaging, original tags with the corresponding returns/exchanges.

🚚 Pickup & Shipping Details

When you place an order and it is accepted, your package will be picked up within 3–5 business days by our courier partner. Also, There are no additional costs for pickup. Finally, shipping costs are not refundable.

πŸ’° Refund Process

Refund will be initiated from our end once the goods are collected and inspected as per our procedure. Refunds will take place within 24 hours from the time the refund is initiated. Refund will be credited back to the same payment method or account that it was purchased from.

You can exchange an item received from our website for either: The same product Another product if available. All exchanges are limited by available will of stock.

In order to Cancel an order, You simply contact us on WhatsApp at +91-9667844434, & cancel within a 24hour window of placing your order.

⚠️ Important Guidelines

Items must be returned in original condition with tags intact. Products damaged after tag removal may not be returned. Likewise, if an item gets damaged in transit it must have original tags before it can be returned. If your item is rejected, it will be sent back to you.

🌍 International Orders

At this time, we do not have a return policy for international orders.
